Historical Collection of Pearl Harbor Attack 1941

December 7, 1941 the Imperial Japanese Navy attacked US military base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii leaving 2,403 dead, 188 destroyed planes and a crippled U.S. Navy’s Pacific Fleet. Following the attack, Japan officially declared war on the US. This was immediately followed by the war message from President Roosevelt who then and signed a formal declaration of war against Japan. Women's World Cup 2011 in Germany

These are very exciting pictures from the 2011 Women’s soccer World cup that was held in Germany. Japan became the first Asian nation to win the Women's World Cup, beating USA in a penalty shoot-out. The USA missed their first three penalties, and Japan were crowned world champion.
